Delta Center is the #1 choice for Consumer-Directed (attendant) Services in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties. And among the top providers in St. Louis. Here’s why…

Our Focus is YOU! As a not-for-profit organization, Delta Center has your best interests at heart:

  • We partner with you to increase your independence; and
  • We partner with your community to remove barriers and promote positive changes.

We don’t pay investors or business owners, so we’re able to invest more in serving you.  This means higher attendant wages (up to $14/hour), professional staff and access to resources not necessarily available through other providers.

We can come to you, meet at a nearby location (such as a library) or visit us in St. Peters.  (Have a cup of coffee and chat by the fireplace.)  If you live in St. Louis, we now have a convenient location on Olive just west of I-170. We’ve implemented telephony so that your attendant can sign in and out via telephone–no more paper timesheets or cumbersome last – minute corrections delaying attendant pay.  And paycheck information is available 24-hours per day on-line.

Knowledgeable, Professional Staff

Delta Center has been in business since 1997 and carefully monitors program requirements to help you assure Medicaid compliance and avoid costlyrepayment of attendant wages.  We pride ourselves on friendly responsive staff. In fact, if phone calls aren’t returned in a timely manner, our Executive Director wants to know!

Resources Galore!

Living on a tight budget is a challenge.  We can help stretch limited dollars by connecting you with resources for rent and utility assistance; back-to-school supplies and coats; holiday gifts and meals; food pantries; transportation options in your community; assistive devices (tub transfer chairs, walkers, amplified telephones); even ramps and home modifications.

Advocacy Support

When the maze of options becomes overwhelming, access to necessary services is confusing or the bureaucracy seems unresponsive, Delta Center’s seasoned staff are available to assist you in getting results.  As a Center for Independent Living, we believe advocacy to be a core service–and essential for living independently and fully participating in your community.

Skills Training

Want to get organized?  Develop a budget?  Plan and prepare lower-cost healthy meals?  Staff are available to support your efforts to simplify and improve your quality of life.
