The Veteran-Directed Care Program (VDC) is offered by the Veterans Administration to veterans who receive their primary care from the VA and are at risk of nursing home placement. The VDC Program allows veterans to become an employer, or appoint a Designated Representative, and hire their own personal care attendants and access other supports. VDC Fiscal Management Services
Delta Center provides Fiscal Management Services to support agencies who offer the ADNA (Options Counseling) part of the Veteran-Directed Care Program. At this time, Delta Center only offers FMS to other Centers for Independent Living in Missouri.
