Disability referrals
At Delta Center, we can help identify programs you might qualify for and guide you through the application processes. Our extensive resource database provides you with the most up-to-date information regarding these programs and services. If you need help going through these forms, we are more than happy to help guide you through them. We also work with the state and our communities to ensure that there are services available that benefit adults with disabilities and senior citizens.
Skills training
Knowing how to take care of ourselves is important to our self-esteem and sense of independence. At Delta Center, our skills training includes everything from personal care to managing finances to eating healthy. The Endeavor Program is one of these skill training programs what welcomes all individuals with a spinal cord injury, new or old.
Adaptive equipment
Adaptive equipment like phones and durable medical equipment are designed to help make the lives of its user easier. Even with insurance, it can be challenging to get it when you need it. At Delta Center, we will assess your needs and work with you one-on-one to make sure you get what you need, when you need it.
